This state-of-the-art centre represents a qualitative leap forward in energy asset management, incorporating artificial intelligence and advanced technology to centralise monitoring of the entire network. Its design enables a faster response to any incident, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the electricity supply. Furthermore, the platform has been designed with a scalable architecture, ready to progressively integrate future projects that the company adds to its portfolio in the Andean country.

Acciona’s Concessions business currently has eight transmission projects in Peru, awarded through Proinversión, the country’s private investment promotion agency. These developments comprise more than 1,000 kilometres of high- and very-high-voltage lines and 28 substations, consolidating the company’s presence in a sector that is strategic for Peru’s energy development. With this new facility, Acciona is not only supporting the expansion of its business but also contributing directly to strengthening the capacity and reliability of the National Interconnected Electricity System (SEIN), optimising energy transmission to meet the growth in domestic demand.
