
Las fuentes consultadas por elEconomista.es señalan que el grupo ha Carlos Cuadros, former head of OHLA’s industrial division, has been appointed as chief executive, alongside three other senior executives from the listed company. Furthermore, the new management team now controls 25 per cent of the organisation’s share capital, whilst 75 per cent remains in the hands of the high-profile Catalan businessman.
Furthermore, Carlos Saiz has joined Jencore in this new phase as technical director, Ved Pandit as head of procurement and Mario Ruiz as head of operations.
The company’s ambition is to support Audax in the process of integrating batteries into its renewable energy parks — it currently has around 100 MW under construction for the listed company based in Badalona (Barcelona) — as well as to begin working for third parties. In this regard, it has already signed its first project with Heliades Energy for the development of around 5 MW in Italy.
